about

Inspired by the lore of the undead "oatbrakers" from "Lord Of The Rings".

lyrics

Mile for mile,
the trail extends.
where fate begins
Horizons end
We took the path,
of certain death
And to travel thousands more

A chorus is shattering the soil
Heed the warning of the dead
We are an omen,
Of your future
Eshew the way
of the unlight
Go back, repent,
all your treason
It is not too late
for you to change.
Purify
and start all over
Don't walk
the path of the undead.

So far away,
when it seemed so near.
Why are our steeds
stalling here?
An uncanny presence lurks
beneath the graves
(of) Our final resting place.
Out of the dark,
the shadows way
Out of the fog,
of decay
The eyeless wights
Glide through the night
Not slumbering
But not alive

In fear, we turn our backs.
Fall off our horses’ backs.
Flee from the shadows
moldy grasp.
Through the bushes,
throuh the swamp.
Lose each other,
as we run.
The stench of death
isencasing us.
The sudden gorge opening wide
Leads to the path
of the undead.

The shadow severs
our souls
leaves our bodies,
in that hole
Speaks out
a mighty course
As we roam
these plains forever
(We are doomed)
Recall their memories,
of our failures
Warning all that want to pass
To never repeat the past
